A Land Art Competition was successfully conducted for the students of Classes IX to XI on 29 May 2026. The event aimed to encourage creativity, environmental awareness and artistic expression through the use of natural and eco-friendly materials available in the surroundings. Students enthusiastically participated in the competition and created innovative artworks using leaves, flowers, twigs, stones, sand, pebbles, and other natural materials on the chart paper. The participants showcased their imagination and teamwork while conveying meaningful messages related to nature conservation, sustainability, biodiversity, and environmental responsibility.
The school campus was transformed into an open-air gallery displaying a variety of unique and visually appealing creations, including floral mandalas, nature-inspired patterns, animal figures, tree-of-life designs, and artworks promoting environmental awareness. The artworks reflected the students’ artistic skills, aesthetic sense, and understanding of the importance of living in harmony with nature. The competition was judged on the basis of creativity, originality, effective use of natural materials and presentation by all the groups. The judges appreciated the efforts and dedication displayed by all participants.
The event provided a wonderful platform for students to connect with nature while developing their creative and collaborative skills. It was an enriching learning experience that reinforced the values of environmental stewardship and responsible citizenship. The competition concluded with the announcement of winners and words of appreciation for all participants. The Winners are:
