Investiture Ceremony 2026-27

Delhi Public School Tapi celebrated its prestigious Investiture Ceremony for the Academic Session 2026–27 on 20 July 2026 with great pride, dignity and enthusiasm. The ceremony marked the formal induction of the newly elected Student Council, entrusting them with leadership, responsibility and service towards the school community.

The ceremony commenced with the formal investiture of the student leaders by the Principal, Ms. Archana Bhasin, who conferred badges upon the School Captain and the Captains of the six houses. Thereafter, the House Captains ceremoniously invested their respective Vice-Captains by pinning their badges, symbolizing the transfer of responsibility and commitment. Demonstrating the spirit of teamwork and collaboration, the Vice-Captains then invested the newly appointed House Prefects with their badges.

The most solemn and inspiring moment of the ceremony was the Oath-Taking Ceremony, led by the School Captain. The members of the Student Council pledged to uphold the values of honesty, fairness, discipline and integrity; to abide by the rules and regulations of the school; to support one another; and to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to preserving the sanctity, reputation and glory of Delhi Public School Tapi.

Addressing the gathering, the guiding force of the institution, Principal Ms. Archana Bhasin, congratulated the newly elected leaders and inspired them with her words of wisdom. She reminded the council members that true leadership is reflected through responsibility, humility, dedication and selfless service rather than authority alone. She encouraged them to lead by example and become role models for their peers.
