Delhi Public School Tapi organised a Paragraph Writing Competition under Veer Gatha 6.0 for students of Classes III to V on 9 October 2026. The initiative aimed to familiarise students with the acts of bravery of Gallantry Award winners and the inspiring life stories of India’s brave hearts. It also sought to foster patriotism, civic consciousness, and respect for the nation’s heroes.

Participants were given three topics to choose from. They could write about their role model among the Gallantry Award winners and the values learnt from their lives, suggest ways to keep the memory of a brave martyr alive, or describe the courage and military strategies of an inspiring Indian warrior.

The competition provided students with an opportunity to express their thoughts creatively while learning about the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of India’s heroes. It encouraged them to develop a sense of national pride and understand the importance of bravery, selflessness, and service to the nation.
