The students of Class V-B conducted a meaningful special assembly on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas to honour the bravery, sacrifice and patriotism of the Indian soldiers who fought in the Kargil War. The assembly commenced with a warm welcome, followed by a prayer seeking peace and strength for all.
A thought of the day inspired everyone to value the courage and selfless service of our armed forces. The students then presented a melodious patriotic song that filled the atmosphere with pride and love for the nation.
A touching presentation titled "Letter from the Front" portrayed the emotions of a soldier serving at the borders, reminding everyone of the sacrifices made by our brave soldiers and their families. Students also paid tribute to the heroic deeds of Captain Vikram Batra and Captain Manoj Kumar Pandey, whose extraordinary courage continues to inspire every Indian.
The assembly concluded with a vibrant patriotic dance performance, leaving the audience with a deep sense of gratitude, respect and pride for the brave soldiers who safeguard our nation.
